2023 Demon Army Member's Survey
In 2023 a survey was sent to all Demon Army members asking for input into how their group is being run. We were inundated with responses and ideas and even the criticism was constructive and delivered kindly, which we thank you for.
175 people took the time to complete the survey, a mixture of new members, old members and a fair few who've been in the cheer squad for 30+ years.
Questions asked included:
The flood of ideas coupled with members' desire to have greater involvement and more events were the most heart-warming elements. 57% of responses indicated they'd like to be more involved but are unsure of what's required and don't know where to start.
Other interesting stats include:
As for the ideas we received, some suggestions were able to be implemented straight away, some will need club approval and others will be opened up for group discussion.
