TIO Stadium - Darwin
TIO Stadium has hosted AFL Games since 2004 when the Western Bulldogs "hosted" Port Adelaide. They hosted games in Darwin between 2004 and 2011 as well as 2012 and 2013. In 2011 Richmond "hosted" one game and between 2010-2019 Melbourne "hosted" one game a year.
In late 2019, the AFL assigned Darwin as an academy zone to the Gold Coast and from 2020 one home game a year was moved to Darwin. Also in 2020, due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, the Dream Time at the G game was played in Darwin for the first time. Getting there
