71 years!

How did you become a Melbourne supporter?
Because when I was three years old I heard the song playing and just loved the song ever since.

How long have you been in the cheer squad? And what made you decide to join?
10-12 years I think. My granddaughter and I always sat in the bay next to the cheersquad so we decided to join and have enjoyed every moment!

Favourite current player?
Christian Petracca as I like the way he plays and presents himself as a clubman.

Favourite Melbourne player ever?
Ronald Dale Barassi

Favourite game?
Beating the bulldogs in the 2021 Grand Final and ending our drought!

Highest point in your footballing career
The 2021 Grand Final because it had been far too long since winning one and got to watch it at home with my wife and granddaughter but I did get to watch the 1964 Grand Final as well!

Lowest point in your footballing career
The 1987 preliminary final where Jim Stynes ran through the mark for Hawthorn to get a 15 metre penalty and win after the siren.

Craziest thing you've ever done for the Dees.
Being in hospital, barracking so loudly the nurses thought I was having a heart attack when we beat Collingwood during a Queen's Birthday Match.
