We won't ask you your age but how long have you been a Melbourne supporter?
For over 60 years. Bought my first membership in 1969 but due to finances I had to drop it for a few years in the early 90s. Then I rejoined in 1996.

How did you become a Melbourne supporter?
When I was a little kid a Melbourne supporter friend gave me a pair of Ron Barassi footy boots.

How long have you been in the cheer squad? And what made you decide to join?
I joined the cheer squad in 1996 to get my kids involved with the Demons.

Favourite current player?
Clayton Oliver.

Favourite Melbourne player ever?
Gary Hardeman (with Robert Flower as a very very close second).

Favourite game?
2021 Grand Final

Greatest player you ever saw? This can be from any club.

Highest point in your footballing career
Being part of the cheer squad guard of honour when the 2021 premiership team walked onto the MCG.

Lowest point in your footballing career
1987 preliminary final loss

Any football superstitions?
I have never left a game before the final siren.

Craziest thing you've ever done for the Dees?
(Tom opted not to answer this question but we reckon almost 30 years of coordinating every single banner session must be right up there!)
