The Big Freeze returns to the ‘G for 2024, as a new group of iconic Aussies take on Australia’s coldest ice bath for Big Freeze 11! Join us at the ‘G for the Big Freeze slide, a special performance from an Aussie music star, and the annual Big Freeze clash between Melbourne and Collingwood. Don’t miss out on the fun as we paint the MCG blue with the new Big Freeze 11 Beanies, and raise much-needed funds for vital research to beat the Beast that is Motor Neurone Disease.

To order your size, please order via the shop to select the size for each member, and collect from Janya prior to the game (on the M2 side of our bay) or Janet in the Lock Up at half time. Please note, these are available free for financial members, and will be available for purchase in our shop once majority have been collected. SIR DOUGLAS NICHOLLS ROUND
Sir Doug Nicholls Round (SDNR) will once again celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and contributions to Australian football, with this year’s celebration occurring in Round 10 (15–18 May) and Round 11 (22–25 May). It will be the 19th year the AFL has had a dedicated Indigenous Round and the 10th year it’s been known as Sir Doug Nicholls Round. Vertical Divider

WHERE WE MEET
The standard gathering point near the ground is the Pineapple Hotel (Main Street, Kangaroo Point) before and after or Pig and Whistle, King George Square in the city. If you've got kids, there's a big open field behind The Pineapple where they can run around and kick a ball and you can watch them from the back of the pub, drink in hand.
