HOW OUR TICKETING WORKS
To assist our new members, and as a reminder to our existing members, here's how ticketing works for The Demon Army.

• For most home games at the MCG, members simply use their membership (MFC, AFL, MCC) to gain entry into the ground and then head to our area (M3, behind the goals, Punt Road end).
• For interstate matches and bigger games where demand is higher (Anzac Eve, King's Birthday) members will be asked to register via Trybooking. Links will be sent well in advance via our weekly email. The confirmation you receive from Trybooking is not your ticket - it just shows you've registered.
• We then place an order for tickets, depending on how many have registered.
• For some venues (mainly interstate), tickets will need to purchased by the individual via Ticketek or Ticketmaster. We'll send you a link to purchase closer to the game.
• For bigger games, our ticketing team receive a bulk allocation of tickets and will email yours to you.

Unfortunately there is not an AFL ground in the country that will accept a Trybooking confirmation or an email from a cheer squad as proof of entry. You will always need either your membership (MFC, AFL, MCC) or a Ticketek/Ticketmaster ticket to get into a ground. Keep an eye on our weekly email for ticketing updates.

GETTING TO THE GROUND

SCG pARKING

• If you must drive, allow plenty of extra travel time. Carpool with your group and find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com.   
• Parking will be in high demand so plan to arrive early to secure a space as availability is limited. 
• Have a back-up plan in case car parks are full when you arrive. Consider parking at a station or car park near you and continuing your trip to Moore Park on public transport.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

• Travel on all modes of public transport is included in your ticket to the game, simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding services. For all the details you need to plan your trip, visit transportnsw.info/events.
• Trains and metro services run regularly to the city where you can connect with frequent light rail services to Moore Park. Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Anzac Pde and Oxford St nearby.  
• Additional light rail services will run to and from Moore Park, the light rail stop is located a short walk across from the stadium.  
• Make a day of it and plan to arrive early - there are plenty of local venues to enjoy pre- and post-game.
