Join the Run Through Crew
If you’re out of primary school, you probably can’t remember the last time you spent hours cutting out shapes and sticking them onto big bits of paper. During the season 30 loyal Demons fans spend 3 hours a week doing exactly that. And believe it or not, it’s fun.
The weekly banner is constructed upstairs at The Reach Foundation, 152-156 Wellington Street, Collingwood. Refreshments will be provided thanks to our friends at Mi Scuzi in Fitzroy North. On street parking is limited in the area up until 5pm but after that there’s quite a few spots around. Things kick off from 5pm on the Thursday night before the match but keep an eye on Demon Army social media to confirm the date. No experience necessary and we have suitable jobs for all ages, even small kids and little old ladies. And the best bit? If you come to help with the run through, you’ll be invited out onto the ground on match day to help hold it up as the team runs through it. All ages welcome but you need to be 13+ to go out on the ground (sorry – it’s an AFL rule). |

Got an idea?
We’re always looking for new ideas and slogans to put on our run throughs. If you have an idea, please drop us a line and let us know. As a rough guide, we can fit four lines of text on each side, with a maximum of approximately 21 letters per line (including spaces and punctuation). We can’t have anything that obviously slates the opposition or mentions specific players.
