VU Whitten Oval

Western Oval first had VFL games played on the ground in 1925 when Footscray we introduced into the league.
The last game to be played on the ground was in 1997 between the Western Bulldogs and West Coast.
The ground has continued to be used as a home training and administrative base for the Western Bulldogs and the VFL, VFLW and AFLW home games are all played at the venue

Melbourne are due to play Western Bulldogs in round 4 of the AFLW
